1. Agreement to Terms

"DLC Macro Track" ("we", "our", or "us") provides this mobile application.

"You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes."

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the App per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. User Content

Our App allows you to store, share, and otherwise make available certain information. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DLC Macro Track and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DLC Macro Track, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer

We don't make any warranties about the app's functionality.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
